Weekend car parking – how it helps our students

Our weekend parking scheme is supervised by college staff but run by our students, usually those who are doing our uniformed public services training courses.

By dealing with customers, monitoring the car park and checking security, our students gain valuable commercial skills and experience to prepare them for the world of work.

This is what City of Oxford College is all about – preparing people for careers and employment, and giving them the opportunities to gain skills which make them employable.
